Programs and Consent
We offer two optional SMS categories:
- Marketing: remodeling education, the free Remodeling Preparation Guide, planning worksheets, and related offers.
- Account Notifications: requested coordination updates, project readiness reminders, and information related to your inquiry.
Each category requires its own unchecked consent selection. You may select Marketing only, Account Notifications only, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of receiving the guide or coordination assistance.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your selections and activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt Out
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to opt out immediately. We will send one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again through a new affirmative request.
Help
Reply HELP for help, email hello@remodelreadylab.com, or call (213) 521-5201.
First Message and Program Identity
The first message identifies RemodelReady Lab, describes the selected program, states message frequency, notes that message and data rates may apply, provides STOP instructions, and confirms that RemodelReady Lab is not a contractor or service provider.
Privacy and Data Use
SMS consent and phone numbers are not sold, shared, or transferred to contractors, service providers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketers. A coordination introduction requires separate, explicit consent after the specific independent provider is identified. See our Privacy Policy.
Supported Carriers and Availability
Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. You are responsible for keeping your number current and for any charges imposed by your carrier.
Program Changes
We may modify or discontinue a messaging program. Any updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
